Summit Bldg. Maintenance does the janitorial work at five of the office buildings I manage. I hired them three years ago. They do excellent work. If there is a special request or emergency clean up they are at the property usually within the hour. No other janitorial service will give you the special care these people will give you. They visit each new tenant and introduce themselves to the tenant. If there has been something missed, they talk with the tenant, in person to assure them it won't happen again.
