So I bought a bag of Cajun Gumbo on a whim last week, swear, sometimes I am just brilliant. My husband who is in the hospital here in Franklin wanted some Gumbo today......I grabed that little black bag, dropped a couple of chicken breasts in there and tada! I was out the door in less than an hour with Gumbo. When I got to the hospital the arouma of your Gumbo had the nurses thinking I was the Martha Stewart of the Bayou.....of course I am. Oh please! Mizelle and Margie Hatcher We were traveling through Louisana on our way back to Texas. We stopped at Guidry's and bought Guidry's Craving Cajun Gumbo Mix. We added smoked chicken and smoked sausage. We thought we were back in Louisana. Man this stuff is good.
