Last year I faced selling my parents’ home in San Marcos. My father had listed it, and I simply continued the listing and hoped for the best. We put the house back on the market at a price higher than the last listing price… and… got an offer from the very first buyer to look at the house! AT FULL PRICE!!!! There is nothing that speaks for Melody’s work better than that result.
