M & S Remodeling just completed another job for us. This is the fifth time Steve has done a remodel for us in three of our homes. We have also used his services to build a spa room and a three tier deck. Steve has wonderful creative plans and we have recommended his business many times. He uses quality material, stays on budget, meets his commitments and when the job is done everything looks perfect. Thank you again

January 9, 2015 M & S Custom Remodeling tiled our kitchen floor and remodeled a bathroom for us in early 2012. The care put into protecting the rest of our home was meager at best. One year later, when grout started coming out around numerous tiles in our kitchen, the tiles are coming loose. We contacted Steve Preuett (the owner), to look at and repair the situation. After twenty three months of attempting to arrange such, he has done nothing. When we did make a specific date and time, he did not show up or call. Months after episode we again called him, his response was that he is ‘way to busy’. To date, after many calls and emails, he has not responded. In summation, We definitely would not use M & S Custom Remodeling again due to lack of care of our home and lack of any commitment to make good on repairs. Essentially, we want all to know to be cautious of M & S Custom Remodeling.

We used Steve from M&S custom remodeling last summer to remodel our master bath. The job was done on time and on budget. The quality of work is exceptional. He was very helpful and creative with the design. He was easy to work with and very pleasant to talk with. He always showed up right when he said he would, and worked hard through out the time in our home. We will definitely refer him to friends & family. And, when we are ready, we will be using him again for future projects.
