Absolute Fitness is a full service health and fitness facility. Our 60 X24' Pool is salt water cleaned and kept at a balmy 87 degrees. We have Certified Personal Trainers , a Full Weighted Circuit and an array of Free Weights to accomodate a full body workout. We offer Floor and Water Aerobics, Yoga, Pilates, Cycling, Ball classes and Low Impact Aerobics. Ask about our trainer assisted Free Motion Classes and our 8 Week Personal Challenge Classes!!
