Literacy Lubbock promotes Adult Literacy Initiatives to help adults become literate.
Literacy Lubbock is a non-profit partner agency of the Lubbock Area United Way. We provide small group classes and one on one tutoring in GED preparation, English as a Second Language, College Entrance Test Prep, and a very unique Barton Program designed for adults with dyslexia or other related learning challenges or differences. All services are free of charge to any adult on the South Plains 18 and older.
