We had the opportunity to work with John Gentillon and his crews since the inception of our San Elijo Hills Project in 1998. San Elijo Hills is a 2,000 acre Master Planned Community located in San Marcos. So much was his services in demand that John suggested setting up an on-site yard for sand bagging, distribution, and emergency services. This concept also reduced our cost because John was able to service his other accounts from the centrally located yard which allowed John to pass on savings to us. The Land Stewards currently have a yard set up on our Otay Ranch project whereby they provide all of our Erosion Control needs on approximately 800 acres of property which will be developed in the future.
