I have honestly never had such awful experience at any tailor before. I would give 0 stars if I could. I needed to get a bridesmaid dress hemmed, have the belt removed, and have the bust altered so it wasn't as open. When I went to pick up my dress, I tried it on again and noticed there were stains all over it! I pointed them out, and the man replied `oh, you can get that dry cleaned.` I told him that the stains were not there when I dropped off the dress. He only repeated to get it dry cleaned. The bust was also laying oddly and he simply reiterated `the dry cleaner will fix that.` Very helpful. At the dry cleaners, I found at least 7 stains on the front and back of my dress!! The dress took about 2-3 months to be delivered and I did not have time to buy another, let alone get it altered again. A $45 dry clean bill later, my dress is thankfully clean. But I should not have to eat this cost. I called Sew and Tell to request any type of reimbursement and the woman who answered said that the manager wasn't in. I asked if she knew when they would be in and she did not know. That's understandable. So then I asked her to give them my number to call me back, but she hastily said `I'm with a customer` and hung up on me! If they would have reimbursed my dry cleaning bill, or addressed their short-comings, I honestly would not have left a review. But the complete rudeness I received from the people working here is absurd. With that being said, if you want a fantastic dry cleaner, head down the street to First Class Cleaners.
