Dear Peter J Gadsby, I'd like to take some time to point out some obvious flaws in your management ethics. The first and foremost job of any manager is to ensure the safety of all residents. This includes timely and efficient addressing of hazards on the property. Case in point the ice dams and snow removal issues that occurred a year ago. Not only did you fail to address the immediate concerns of residents but you also left the problem to linger which resulted in one 5 foot long icicle above one units door that could have at any moment impaled someone had it fallen. After waiting for action from you and your staff a neighbor finally took it into their own hands to knock it to a blunt edge. A week later you sent a small crew over to fix it. Consider yourself lucky it didn't kill someone. As you know this neighborhood has an extremely high crime rate. That opening in the fence is a liability for all involved. After witnessing several teenage thugs walking through the parking lot checking for unlocked cars, we feel confident in informing you that not ONE vehicle here is safe. In addition a rather serious crime took place here in said parking lot after a group of boys using it as a short cut withdrew his handgun in the middle of the parking lot and fired into the street.. You've been asked to fix the gate several times but STILL have not. If anyone gets hurt because of gang members being allowed to walk through instead of fixing the gate, we will hold YOU personally accountable.
