Worst service !!!! I called to get an update of when the technician would be arriving and Fausto rudely responded that my service is from12-5 I let him that I previously called that at 2 pm I would not be home. I ask again nicely if he can call technician to confirm an estimate on when he would be arriving. He kept telling me that I agree from 12-5 and that's the time the technician was coming.when I asked to get a manager on the line he told me to call best buy and cancel my appointment .. Honestly worst customer service and should be allowed to be contracted with best buy
