Terrible people Skills. I called to check on tax copies, and I was told at 4:50 the cpa had left for the day. I was also told by the receptionist that Donna, the person who was supposed to have sent me copies, had no cell phone. That was a lie, so now I am more than upset. Long story short the cpa sent me a scathing email blasting me the customer, after using them for years, telling me I owed her receptionist an apology. The receptionist was sarcastic, did not offer to help or make any constructive solutions. After the scathing email, I received the same thing verbally from Donna the partner the next morning. Now whats the first rule of customer service? Ask questions, listen, and respond. She reacted and no wonder there first impression of there company, their receptionists demeanor is so unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone. There customer service is terrible. There Loyalty and respect to their clients is non existent.
