It was a good first impression when we first interviewed this lady. However things broken down after we started to send our baby to her home - our baby started to have fever, diarrhea, and getting fussy after returning from her home. Once I even saw she left babies unattended in the kitchen and didn't even gate the entrance to the 2nd floor. I was really not sure how Texas department of Family and Protective Services ranked her facility without detecting all those issues.
