I am a single mother of three, one of which is special needs. Ususally, going to a mechanic as a woman, alone, is not advised. However, Hamilton was very nice over the phone. I explained that my car stopped working in the middle of the road. It was towed to Gold Coast Transmission and was accessed. Hamilton called me back and told me the accessment. I was devestated that I needed a new transmission, alternator and radiator to say the least. Being that I was unemployed, Art, the owner, allowed me to keep the car at the establishment until I was able to pay off the balance. I will be forever grateful for the kindeness, hospitality, and generousity of this company and its staff. I was not pressured and was not harrassed in any way. They are honest and I felt like family. I was asked to bring the car back one week later to make sure everything was ok. That was a first for me. Thank you Gold Coast for getting me back on the road!!
