Dan defends persons in State and Federal Courts accused of serious criminal offenses. Dan also represents persons whose civil rights have been violated. Dan is a graduate of the National Criminal Defense College and a member of the Trial Lawyers College. Dan is currently pursuing a LLM (Masters Degree) in Advanced Advocacy at Stetson University College of Law.
