They will give you an inflated estimate and then fire YOU when you ask questions. They did us a favor firing us. I had no clue how much to expect to pay but $90,000 for a small kitchen and family room flooring (without appliances) seemed insane. No walls were being removed. Fortunately, I have learned a lot since from other designers. I would have been stupid to accept that estimate. Big mistake was not giving a budget at get go but I had no idea what the vision would be. 3 months of showing me materials without any cost attached even though I repeatedly asked. I guess they thought it was easy money because I didn't have a budget. I'm glad all I lost was 3 months time.

This company is not a company you would want to hire to renovate your home. Quality is cheap, design is poor, and a big mistake. We finally had to terminate after 2 years of lack of quality and warped cabinetry and cracked walls that was never fixed. Then the company would not refund the amount paid to correct problems. We also did not get the clean up cost returned to us. Island lights were not centered, laundry sink not properly anchored, cracked plaster, flooded bathrooms......a nightmare!!! Promised 6-9 mos renovation, 2 years later-unpaid subcontracontractors and poor quailty....a real shame and sham of a company who we trusted!!
