I wouldn't consider this a recommendation , I am truly upset with your company and am going to complain to the better business bureau on such conduct . First , you do not appreciate your employees , you do not train them to where they fully understand their position and all the guide lines , if they fail , without knowledge of what they did was wrong you fire them with a bunch of made up excuses. Without letting them help resolve any issues. It is one and done in your business. I for one will not step in another one of your stores , as before I would help support your workers and commend them for the jobs they do . Well all I feel now is that the company is a back stabber . Put them blame on the innocent ones . Let's sweep this one under the rug and hope that someone else we hire , has esp and they can guess how we want to run this store (s) . I would recommend that you should hire a well trained manager to train other managers how you desire to run your stores to the highest standard . It is a shame you let good community workers go , when all in fact is that they needed your guidance in all situations , that is how you have a well ran business , with people whom comment themselves to satisfying the public and the company . Always show how to overcome mistakes not fire them for trying to get it right , show them . I guess I am done venting on how poorly you treat your employees that when all is said and done they were the ones that could have been taught the right way 1st
