technician damaged my aluminum rims during a simple tire rotation. Was promied to have rims repaired or replaced. I was told by the owner that since I have made negative comments about the company that we should just part ways and hung up on me. This is not good business practice in my book. Now I am left with expensive rims that have deep marks all around every lug nut. They also cross threaded a lug and I needed to have it replaced elsewhere. Poor Ethics.
