Well, when we first moved in this place 2001 it was nice building it was own'd bye Carl he was a good landlord Italian nationality he always kept the building clean, and we had night watch security to keep us safe from robberies tenant's apartments, but he sold the building retired 2017 To a Jewish family whos does nothing for this building halls are dirty and mounts of dusts all along the staircases only the lobby gets moped once a month we have no super for over 6 yrs but the landlord is quick to rent you a apartment and take your money and give you fill treatment for the first 2 to 3 weeks then its bye bye charley just pay your rent on time or if not, they are very quick fast to put a slip on the door telling you pay your rent, or he will take you to court .. we'll let me tell you there's water bugs big one's roach's mice the walls are dirty never painted floor never polished don't rent building 65 bay 19st nor building45 so don't rent from 53-12 new Utrecht Ave manager and owner Leonard Schwartz or assistant Goldie

Beware. Do not rent from ACE Management 1) They do not answer calls or they put you on hold indefinitely. In good faith, one time I waited for nearly 30 minutes. 2) They will promise security deposits and then withhold them. "The woman that oversees this" is never there. 3) There was a significant number of robberies in our building, including mail from the entry hallway - the security cameras were broken and they did not fix or replace them. 4) The people who stay in these buildings are the people that have to stay in these buildings, you can imagine some of the neighbors. 5) ACE Realty does not respect their tenants unless you are in one of their high-end buildings. Expect no communication or support. I was incredibly offended because we felt mislead and our good-faith actions (such as painting before we moved), were not respected.
