I was very disappointed in the service I received on 02/19/12. I brought my 2 daughters in to have full nail sets applied and artwork. I arrived at 4pm, the sign stated that they close at 5pm. I assumed that an hour would be plenty of time to get this done. 4 other people came in after us. My daughters spent most of the time sitting and waiting on the women to take care of these other people who arrived after us. Instead of following through on my daughters whole process, 2 employees alternated between my daughters and doing pedicures for 3 other people, never washing their hands in between. Disgusting!! You don't handle other peoples feet then do manicures. My daughters sat under the ultraviolet light for 30 mins, a lady came over and stated $50.00 dollars. I asked about the artwork, which I had requested when we walked in. She looked at me puzzled and states oh you want artwork? I just said nevermind and paid my bill. There was definately no pampering, just an assembly line of poor hygeine.
