toms landscape is run by a slave runner. he cant keep good help because he wants his employees to get on their knees and take a big stiff one. you could be everything he is looking for and he acts like his pile of dung doesn't stink. I literally watched him jump over his trailer like he was a sailor interested in seamen and fall flat on his face and injure his shoulder(ha ha ha ). this guy is so into himself he doesn't eaven get along with his neighbors. you can work your ass off and he will still want to give you the big stiff one. If you care about how he treats people this is not the guy for you. he is a scumbag to the hilt.
