This is a concerned citizen of Portage County stating the facts.
I was (sic) arrested one time for a 7 month old third degree misdemeanor in earaly April 2010. I did appear three times previously for this tel harassment charge concerning a homeless young woman who had been staying with me. The charge was dated Sept. 2, and 10 2009. The first appearance was to file a statement at the clerks office case no CR B 02933 2009. Two pre-trail? appearance in court. First one, all names were called until only Tara Wrentmore, Myself, baliff Ms Tammy Scott, and Judge Barbara Oswick wre in the courtroom. I did have to announce myself, and baliff said I needed an attorney, which is not necessary arrording to Ohio Rivesed Code Statutes.
Second time, New Years Eve, I was browbeaten by a Mr Lager next to courtroom in a small consulting room, not allowed to state my own case. He tried to intimidate me into a signature though I stuck to my rights. Judge B.R. Oswick, walked past me into the front doors of the courtroom and made eye contact.
Be reminded, that the statute of limitations is only 45 days for such a case. I had filed a time waiver as a courteous to the court, at the request of the clerk of courts not knowing the indefinite implications of this courteous act. (I was a Life Scout Asst Senior Patrol Leader in the BSA as a youth, Scout Law you may know and Oath Too!).
Then in April of 2010 , I stepped out of my apt at !22 N Chestnut Street, and upon return opened the locked door
