Quimbie’s work is highly solution driven and shall enable the client to overcome any operational burden. Quimbie is the only provider in the market, who combines short-term resources with enabling a Data Protection Officer and the organization’s Global Privacy Program to be running long-term without having to worry about excessive cost spending. We serve as researchers and advisors. Our work may relate to recent and anticipated changes to the set of global privacy frameworks, including but not limited to the EU-GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, PIPEDA. However, the biggest take-away for any of Quimbie’s clients shall be the operational fine-tuning necessary to improve a Global Privacy Program and ultimately steer it to more robustness. We track regulatory changes extensively and our thorough understanding of the same will help the Data Protection Officer to tackle any changes quickly and adjust any Privacy Program accordingly. Lengthy and overly complex assessments are not part of Quimbie’s work, we rather jump right to a brainstorming phase of possible and – most importantly – operable Solutions, which will help the Data Protection Officer manage any privacy process with utmost efficiency.
