We had nine leaks that happened after a bad storm. Bob came and gave us a price and after a few weeks came back and made the repair next rain all nine leaks still leaking came back and said he had to fix ridge line which is what he said he had to do the first time charged same price as first job. He said call if there is problems next rain only one leak called he said wait a bit sometimes they correct after awhile. Months went by and we called several times no response. A year later from my first call and I still have one of the leaks he charged me almost 3000$ to fix. The other leaks are better but he will not follow up if there is an issue and will charge you for the same job twice. We will need a new roof in a few years and due to the incompetence and lack of follow up on the repairs there is no way I would want him doing my whole roof.
