I am writing this review on behalf of a public school in Atlanta. I reached out to Alan to have his company move a small storage shed about 30 feet at our school. We had reservations about having it moved due to the fact that it was situated on turf. He worked hard to gain our trust and we ultimately hired him to complete the job for us. His crew came out and moved the house for us as scheduled. However it was not centered in the new location. I called Alan to ask them to come back to center it and he told me that he could not but guaranteed me that he would return the following Monday at Noon to make the slight adjustment. He did not show up at Noon, nor did he call to tell me when he would. After not hearing back from him, I informed him that I would place a hold on the payment if I got no response. Later that evening, he left a long, drawn-out (and I suspect drunken) message on my voicemail box. He has still yet to return to my call or attempt to fix the error. As a public school with limited financial means, this is very disappointing and reflects a lack of integrity and a commitment to customer service.
