I have been a psychotherapist in private practice for over 25 years and work with individuals, couples and groups. My specialization has been in the areas of health related issues, grief and bereavement, mind-body skills, women in transition and anxiety and depression. I do consultation and supervision and have also taught at the University Level. I practice tai chi and qigong and integrate these and other mind-body skills into my therapy practice.
