Buzz is truly a ROCKSTAR! He fixed our Kitchen-aid Convection oven that was over heating and he was on his way. He also took a Garburator out that wasn't working. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, honest, affordable and very friendly. He means what he says and says what he means! A stand up guy who is very busy and I know why, it's because he is great at what he does! Thank you Buzz for taking care of things at our vacation rental when we are up here in Canada. 10++++
