My husband and I were driving on Happy Valley Road in the center lane and the driver of this truck attempted to cut off the person in front of us in the left lane. When he realized he couldn’t get over, he went to the right to try to make it through the light. He locked up his brakes and smoked his tires to avoid running the red light. Once the light changed, he got behind us. As we approached the roundabout at I17, he tailgated us as the lanes go down to one. As we came out of the roundabout he got in the right lane. We were going straight through and he had to go left to get on the freeway. He locked his brakes up again to avoid hitting us. When we pulled over to call the company, he answered the phone. He said to me husband, “If you break check me again I’m going to run over your ass.” We will attempt to file a police report, but just thought consumers would like to know.
