Golden Sun eXtra News (GSX) began in 2000 as a weekly newspaper that branched off a monthly. It soon became very popular and added many subscribers via email. GSX was published as a printed version along with the online version until 2009. The economy took a downturn and we were forced to delete the printed version. Not anticipated by us, our online subscribers quadrupled almost overnight. Our readership now reaches over 5000 readers. Our advertisers are happy and we have been solicited by grocery coupon providers which have become a primary source of our support. GSX is part of a non-profit corporation which provides necessities to homeless and abandoned children and family counseling.
