Real-time Drilling Instrumentation, Gas Detection, Custom Oilfield Buildings: Mud Lab, Mud Logging Unit, MWD Lab, ABS/DNV Certified Offshore Buildings Oilfield Instrumentation (OI) is a privately owned company, launched in 1988, offering real-time drilling instrumentation, gas detection and custom, steel oilfield buildings. OI is known for offering the fastest service response time in the instrumentation industry as well as the quickest turnaround for custom, skid mounted buildings. Our service success is partly due to our technician-to-wellsite ratio of 1:3, compared to common industry practices of 1:10. OI's high quality buildings are constructed in-house at our fabrication facility in Louisiana, allowing for maximum quality control and efficiency. We also offer a rental fleet available at a moment's notice. With 11 locations across the US, we are poised for continued growth, to service customers wherever they need us.
