Our experience with our inspector was great. He was very accurate and thorough. He called before, during and after inspection. We were texted when he was on his way, on time. The photos were clear and written out clear so we can understand what needed to take place. Very Professional.

You need to use this company! Blake is excellent. Prompt, early, knowledgeable, very thorough and extremely detail oriented. Their website and appointment setup are so easy. Make sure you sign up for the options of termite inspection and foundation inspection.

Monty Collins was a very soft-spoken man and had such a reassuring attitude which was greatly appreciated. The knowledge he showed as he reviewed the report to me was impressive and clear. I appreciated the fast response in getting to us and the thorough job that he did. He supplied me with a detailed report of things that needed to be done immediately and things that could be taken care of later. My only concern is that I would have liked to have had a walk through with him as he explained the report but because the owners were there I felt very uncomfortable and we did not do that. I highly recommend that if this is being done for a buyer that the owners are asked to leave until the inspection is complete.
