We teach a family style martial arts program. Families come looking to see their children improve their Focus, Discipline, Confidence and ability to set Goals for themselves. Aikido is incorporated using your stronger muscles against their weaker ones (the same style as Steven Segall uses) incorporating joint locks and manipulation. Krav Maga is what the Israeli military uses for adult self defense using close range elbow and knees strikes. This program is a blast!
