Most notably Mr. Cutting was assigned to the Bureau of Criminal Investigation of the Vermont State Police for 10 years where he supervised a major crime unit that solved nine homicides in southern Vermont. In addition his unit also investigated numerous other crimes such as drug cases, sexual assault, kidnapping, missing persons, fraud, property crime, and other violent crime. He also conducted numerous untimely death investigations, employee background investigations, and work place investigations. Mr. Cutting has extensive training and experience in evidence collection, surveillance, interview/interrogation, crime scene evaluation, case preparation for court proceedings and court room testimony.
