Steve Bernard
Doug Kasper is not trustworthy. I paid him for HVAC work performed by a subcontractor. After speaking with the HVAC subcontractor, I found out Doug significantly overcharged me and did not pay the subcontractor. After doing my research, I found out this is not the first time he has done this. Find someone else to do your project.
