Find a different installer...products good. After installation found bare exposed wire and incomplete splicing causing numerous incomplete loops. Fixed the product ourselves as the installer stated the job was overwhelming, he didn't have the right equipment and our equipment that he sold us may not cover the expected area. He also told us that our older collars were no longer available so we needed to purchase some brand new to expand, and some were upgrades. Those that were purchased were $250.00..found the older collars still in production for $75.00, pointed this out to him..no credit or response. Fencing is now fixed and working as expected for the area that is expected which is huge and works with all 5 dogs!
