I was and am very disappointed with the services of Ann Weiss. I paid a heavy retainer fee of $3,000 and she used every penny of it doing nothing for my divorce. I did all my own homework and faxed her what I could. In court, I do not feel she was prepared nor fought for what I deserved. She made it clear that my marriage was short term, therfore, despite an abusive husband who cheated, I was not entitled to anything and would have to suffer a big financial loss. She still is billiing me for another almost $300, which I do not know how she feels she deserves this for doing nothing but showing up in court and signing a few papers.
