Are the rates for rent going to go up again this year with no compensation with development to the property? Are any of the large (3ft wide, 6 inches deep) potholes going to get fixed this year? Are any fences going to be painted or repaired? Are any porches going to be repaired or painted? Are the vacant lots going to be cleaned of the trash and debris? Are we going to have on-site management? Are our phone calls going to be answered in a timely manner? Is management going to continue to let people throw unwanted telephone books in our driveways? We want to know what has been done with the money from raising the rent in January. 100 families at $15 each is $1,500 more a month. We have seen no improvements made to the park. Maintenance has not gotten any better or faster at repairs or upkeep of the property. Lawn Care has not gotten any more professional. Management has not been here for months and have been unable to be easily reached. At $1,500 a month, that's $18,000 more this year and nothing has been done with that money other than go into management and corporate pockets.
