I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The owner does not care about his tenants. It's way over priced, You have to pay to have a parking spot close to your apartment, The water is constantly being shut off with no notice, they fix one little thing around here and add to your rent, the lady in the office is dumb as a box of rocks, They do a piss poor job filling potholes, they have unfinished work done all around the apartments and it looks sloppy. You could rent a nice house for the amount you pay at this shit hole. I was warned when I moved in and I should have listened.
