I recommend NOT using Basic Drafting Group for any of your custom home needs. I was referred to Basic Drafting Group by Bo Broll Custom Home Designs. We went to Basic Drafting Group (paid an up front cost for the "design" of our home on a very specific lot and when we met with the builder, the lot was sold. As we were meeting with Bo Broil to present him with the ROUGH DRAFT that was created for his review, the owner of Basic Drafting Group called to see what Bo thought of the proposed floor plans. We were left out of pocket for the design AND no lot or any comparable lot to use the proposed floor plans. To use the proposed floor plans we would have had to add an additional $30,000 to the price of a different lot. 6 months later, we finally found a home that we are now going to renovate. Basic Drafting Group agreed to help us with the cabinet design for the kitchen in our new home and since then has screened all of our calls, and it was not until today that I called from a different number that I was able to reach the owner. He claimed he sent the drafts over so I gave him 3 different forms of communication to get the cabinet design to us and we have yet to receive a call.
