I can't testify to the quality of service that TreeTop crews afford their customers. I did not use them. Like many in DFW I recently suffered damages from storm. I was enthusiastic about TreeTop's reviews but once Jeremiah finally arrived to provide an estimate my enthusiasm dulled long before he even left the property. I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. It was an 'uncomfortable' experience in many ways. Also, his quote was ridiculously high and well above industry standards, starting at $4000 and landing at $3000 by time he left (2 trees). When I pressed him on the rate he essentially told me that since he could have his guys working an 'all day' job anywhere in DFW right now at same prices, so he could basically charge me what he wanted to 'make it worth his while'. That is NOT an honest bid by any measure, it feels more like price gouging. I QUICKLY secured Arborist USA within 24 hours to do same job at almost HALF the price and it was NOT an all day job. Arborist USA has AS good if not better reviews BUT they have professional integrity, a seriously honest disposition and eagerness to work FOR YOU. I would never use TreeTop after my experience with Jeremiah and I've noticed another reviewer who had been long time customer BEFORE Jeremiah took over as 'sales rep' state similar experience. I think TreeTop might want to reevaluate, that sort approach to customers WILL eventually catch up with you. I've done half dozen reviews today for contractors I used
