My name is Emily and I am the manager at our Coit location. Something that I like to tell all potential new clients is that I, obviously, love Pappy's and want you to choose us to care for your furry family member(s), but we are not for everyone. Some will disagree with our stringent vaccination requirements (Rabies and Distemper vaccinations up-to-date with the vet and Bordetella every 6 months). Those requirements have worked well for us and have kept the pets in our care safe. Some people think that our prices are too high but our competitive rates are what allow us to maintain quality team members that give your pet the love and affection you would. I strongly urge every discerning pet owner to talk to and/or tour as many facilities as possible so you know what is out there and what your options are. I enjoy ensuring that we get to know each pet as an individual and doing whatever possible to make their time with us as enjoyable as possible. We welcome customer comments/feedback and send out surveys monthly in an effort to meet, and hopefully exceed, customer’s expectations. We want you and your pet(s) to be Happy at Pappy’s!
