Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this guy. I gave Bruce a call for polygraph, and he said we could work out a reasonable fee for a time-slot the next day at 10 AM. The following day I am getting ready to go over there and had my phone in the cupholder while inside at a 7-11 to get coffee. When I arrived back I see a missed call from Bruce and gave him a call immediately back.
He shouts in a souther drawl voice in which his phone was having static, "Jeff, my dog just got*---* down and he *----* (static)." By the way, this was at 9:30 AM, 30 minutes before appointment.
I said, "Bruce, I had just took off work...can you give me another time today (thinking I was going to get a discount).
He then said, "FUCK YOU MAN! THAT'S MY DOG! GO FUCK YOURSELF!" *(Hangs up). I called back and he said, "Talk....TALK DAMMIT!"
"Bruce I'm sorry for your dog but don't say 'Eff You' to me, that's unprofessional."
"My dog's gone, you don't tell me what to do!!"
"Well, can I give you a call tomorrow to set up a time?" "ALRIGHT, that's fine!" *Click*
I call back the next day and insist on a new time slot hopefully the same day, and Bruce says, "Jeff, I don't feel that your a good person, I'm not doing it, BYE."
WOW. Wasted 3 days from call, canceled appt. and next day calling. rude, WORST exp., disrespectful service in my life. Plus, I background checked him and he lied about half his certs!
PROFANITY, DISLOYAL, BAD BUSINESS, Stay away from this pig like the plague!!
