Potential pool owners BEWARE. It took over a year to get our pool installed and it is still not complete. The owner, Ryan, is who we deal with and has been a complete NIGHTMARE. There are several broken things that have not been completed or addressed and we cannot get a call back from him to come back and fix the issues. Huge stain in plaster and crooked pavers. When we text him he either does not respond or sends threatening texts to "not bother him". He even threaten us with an additional 20k bill If we bothered him by asking to come back! He is inconsistent, unprofessional and unstable and I NOBODY deserves the HORRIBLE treatment that we have received as clients. He says he has been in the business for years and prides himself on his reputation and service. That he has a strong client base that adore him. FALSE. WE have checked. DO NOT consider working with him. You will be extremely disappointed.
