Hello my name is Eugene sole proprietor of Swientek Electric. I graduated from McCullum High School 1975. HB Zachary Co. had a program they wood pay minimum wage for Electric Training Course for on the job training if you past the 3 month Course. Witch started June 1975 no vacation in Kilgore College / Longview Texas. What an experience that was. I started working at HB Zachary Co. Electrician apprentice for the next year in San Antonio. A co-worker herd that Brown and Root Co. was hiring 500 electrician at the Nuclear Power Plant in Bay City Texas. I wondered what would that be like so 2 weeks notice and I became a Nuclear Electrician and a $2.50 raise. Brown and Root had Courses after work hours on the same project.After the next 3 years in the Houston. I move back to San Antonio and started in the Electrical Commercial Department. Working and going to St Phillips College to further my electrician training. I took Journeyman Electrical License Exam and I became a Journeyman Electrician. Working in the trade I was bored with electrical trade in order to go on to bigger things decided to take the Master Exam. Boredom was gone had to study again and became a Master Electrician in this great State of Texas. After that I started my Electric Service Company. It give me pleasure repairing something that the customer is having a problem with. Servicing Commercial and Residential properties ,new and remodeling and Service repair.
