The Hope Welcome Center is an eight-bedroom facility on East Amarillo Boulevard where families of prisoners incarcerated in the Neal and Clements unit The building offers eight sleeping rooms and areas for dining, TV viewing and reading. It also offers a full kitchen with appliances, and dishes so that visitors can bring their own food and not have to eat out.
