We remain very competitive with single-room lodging rates of a typical hotel/motel. Fractions of a month are billed at the daily rate of either $50 or $60 with a minimum of a 7 day stay unless you're at the end of your stay and paying for a few remaining days. All leases, regardless of length, may be extended, subject to availability. Mode of payment: All fees for the initial 7 days, including security deposits, are paid in full upon arrival.
