Visited 40th ave espresso today, I asked the barista how many seconds it should take to extract a shot of espresso. She told me confidently 8 to 10 seconds, wrong. my triple shot mocha had the sourest taste. I wish drive through espresso stand employees would do a little research and learn how to pull a decent shot of espresso.
