If you are looking for someone to take over 3 months to provide you with a completely unusable, nonfunctional and unpractical version of house drawings and then threaten you with a mechanics lean on your house when you try to voice your opinion about how terrible of a service and product you have received this is the company for you! Ask builders in the area if they have ever tried to build off of this company's drawings. These are some of the responses you will get because these were our responses, but unfortunately it was too late at that point. 1. "oh yea I have used his plans before with a long sigh." 2. "yes he makes a lot of plans, but his focus is quantity definitely not quality" 3. "he makes a lot of errors," 4). "if I would have built the way he drew the plans there would have been a lot of problems. Good thing I caught it before I started building for the homeowners sake" 5) He really has been slipping lately, not sure where his head is at but I have seen lots of problems with his plans 6) I will not build a house from this company's plans any more. I have seen way too many mistakes and it is just too big of a liability for me." So, if you are thinking of using this company for your home plans I encourage you to do your homework first. Ask around what builders and customers really think of his services. I can promise you it will not take long before you start hearing these things too. Do you want to go with a company that a liability for a builders? I think not.
