HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. Worst experience ever. When I attempted to ask questions concerning additional fees and work they were suggesting, I was accused of being unreasonable. I was quickly passed from the customer service rep to the spouse of the owner and before I could continue to question what the extra service fees would be for, the owner snatched the phone and began to verbally chastise me using foul language and an aggressive approach to the situation. I eventually had to hang up and call the Ogden City Police to ensure I didn t walk into a situation where this insane business owner was going to take the situation to another level. Even once I was able to pick up the vehicle with a police escort the business owner was beyond irrational and unreasonable. Saying this was the worst experience ever does not even do this situation justice considering it was the worst customer service, for any service, for any industry...THAT INCLUDES CABLE AND CELL PHONE customer service...we all know how poor those 2 customer services can be. what business owner thinks it is O.K. to swear at customers...I know...FORMER business owners who no longer have customers and no have to shut their doors.
