If I could give zero stars, I would. Chris Carr Plumbing was the subcontractor on my bathroom addition.  During the addition of the bathroom, Chris Carr made a major error which caused flooding in my basement.  Due to the flooding in my basement, items were damaged.  when these items were damaged, Chris Carr was apologetic and said he would reimburse me for damages.  I thought it was odd that a plumber with so much experience would make such a rookie mistake.  I was only asking for a couple hundred dollars for a mattress that was damaged, not for everything else that was also damaged due to his error.   Due to issues with the main contractor, Chris Carr wasn't paid from him on time. It took about a year and a half to resolve issues with the main contractor. Chris Carr then said he would pay me once he was paid by the main contractor.    However, once paid by the main contractor, Chris Carr refused to pay me what was owed, said him and the main contractor worked it out, and basically told me " Don't bother me any more with this." If I were doing anymore plumbing, I definitely would not select a plumber who makes rookie mistakes, lies and then refuses to reimburse you for them.  I am extremely disappointed with Chris Carr plumbing and would not recommend them to anyone.
