I have used Kennel Connection for almost 9 years. The software worked for us while we had a limited number of clients. It was not properly designed for growing businesses. We just purchased their latest release and have numerous error messages and bugs throughout the day. We spend 10% of our day rebooting , reporting and signing back into the software. It is making it virtually impossible to run my successful business smoothly. Training is a whole other ordeal at this point. Their support team asks for us to send all errors to them. However, if they can’t duplicate our errors in their IT department on their personal computers then our issues are a mute point. They also state that I am the only client that is having these issues which isn’t true. I am asking that they work in the field to see how this product is actually performing and help their clients. We spent money for this product and annual fees for support-yet we are getting none. This isn’t a company that cares for their clients and their issues.
